National Hub for Community Health Center Excellence

HRSA Operational Excellence National Technical Assistance Program (NTAP)

Through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the National Hub for Community Health Center Excellence NTAP.

The Hub NTAP provides training, technical assistance, peer learning, and practical resources to help health centers:

  • Optimize operations and care delivery systems

  • Strengthen workforce recruitment, retention, and leadership development

  • Improve financial sustainability and value-based care readiness

  • Advance health IT, cybersecurity, interoperability, data strategy, and responsible AI adoption

  • Achieve measurable results through learning collaboratives, cohorts, and targeted technical assistance

  • Accelerate innovation through national peer networks and communities of practice

By combining national expertise with the trusted relationships and local knowledge of Primary Care Associations (PCAs), the Hub NTAP will help health centers implement proven strategies, improve performance, and enhance long-term sustainability.

  • Primary Care Associations

    The Hub NTAP serves as a centralized platform for shared learning, technical assistance, innovation, and strategic alignment to better support Health Centers nationwide. The Hub NTAP offers several train-the-trainer activities for Primary Care Associations (PCA) staff.

  • Community Health Centers

    Through the Hub NTAP, health centers receive no-cost access to expert-led training, technical assistance, communities of practice, improvement cohorts, resources, and tools designed to strengthen access, workforce, financial health, operations, technology, and emergency preparedness.
