All 52 PCA CEOs have access to Hub Central’s:

• Main navigation site

• Advocacy site and related Medicaid Initiative site

• CEO Collaboration site

PCA CEOs do not have universal access to all sites on Hub Central.

PCA CEOs may request permission for staff to have access to certain sites for a specific purpose.

• Example: Upon request of their CEOs, PCA staff with policy, legislative, and government relations roles are permitted access to the Hub Central Advocacy Site, developed in 2024.

A person’s access is based on the groups they are involved in.

• Only members and staff of each collaborative/committee have access to their designated sites.

• If you’re a member and your access to a site has been incorrectly denied, please email the Iowa PCA Help Desk to start a ticket at helpdesk@iowapca.org.

• Not a member? Talk to your PCA’s CEO about joining! Contact information for each site can be found here.

1. Speak with your CEO regarding the alignment of your PCA-employment responsibilities and the collaborative work under the National PCA Hub to determine if a request for access to Hub Central is necessary.

2. Your CEO will email the Iowa PCA Help Desk at helpdesk@iowapca.org to request access and include the following information.

   1. Name of the new user

   2. Specific sites/pages they need access to

   3. Reason for access

   4. New user email address

PCA Hub staff may ask for verification from the committee’s support staff and/or chairs, if applicable.
